During the winter, I couldn't work in the garage because there was no heating. During that time, I tackled the engine. First, I built an engine stand to hang the engine on. Then I started tinkering. I've already bought all the parts for an 1835 cc engine, but for now, the 1200 cc should be enough.

I removed as many parts as possible and cleaned the engine.

I removed the heater connections and welded the holes shut. All the sheet metal was cleaned and repainted. The engine is a standard 1200cc engine. Modifications include the air filter and a Stinger exhaust without a muffler.

The gaskets were replaced, new oil was added, etc. After that, the engine block could be reattached to the gearbox. I also started building the rear bumper. The ignition coil was moved to the rear of the air cooler.
