The chassis
Introduction
After separating the body and chassis, only the floor-pan with the wheels remained. The floor-pan was in fairly good condition, with only a few minor spots requiring repair.
At the bottom you can still see a piece of metal strip with which the stove flue was "repaired" by the previous owner.
After a thorough cleaning, the chassis was primed.
I used different colours in the different layers of paint so I could see where I left off with the painting.
After the painting was finished, I reassembled all the parts.
